If you’re an Amazon customer, you know that the company offers a variety of ways to get your purchase receipt. Here are a few tips to help you get your receipt:

  1. Follow the instructions on the product packaging. If the product has a bar code, scan it into Amazon’s system. If the product doesn’t have a bar code, follow the manufacturer’s instructions to create one.
  2. Use Amazon’s customer service line. If you have any questions about your purchase, call Amazon and ask for help. You can also email Amazon customer service at support@amazon.com or visit their website to find more information about getting your purchase receipt.
  3. Use online tools such as Shopify or Magento to create and manage your receipts online. This way, you can keep track of all of your sales and transactions in one place!

On the “Your Orders” page, find the order for which you need a receipt. Then, in that order’s top-right corner, click “View Invoice.”

You’ll see a web page with the details of your order. To print or save this receipt, then at the top of the receipt, click the “Print This Page for Your Records” link.

On the following page, at the top, tap “Your Orders.”

On the “Your Orders” screen, tap the order for which you want a receipt.

Scroll down the order page and tap “Download Invoice.”

From the menu that opens, select “Invoice” and tap “Download Documents.” You may choose to download other documents from this menu, like the warranty slip, if you want.

Your phone will download and save the receipt as a PDF. You can then view as well as print this PDF file anytime you want. You’re all set.
