If you have an email account, you can delete contacts by going to the account’s settings and clicking on the “Delete Contacts” button. If you don’t have an email account, you can delete contacts by going to the contact’s profile page and clicking on the “Delete Contact” button.

You can use Google’s Gmail to find old email addresses. Type in the email address you’re looking for and enter the word “old” before it. This will bring up any emails that are older than your Gmail account.
